Your tasks

With us, you will learn how colorful and varied the field of marketing and communication is - not by watching and imitating, but by actively working in an open-minded and collegial team. We enjoy taking on new tasks, finding creative solutions and growing beyond ourselves together. You are involved from the very beginning and have the freedom to contribute and implement your own ideas. 
 

  • You help us to plan and organize our diverse marketing and communication activities. 
  • As part of our social media team, you develop content ideas and create posts for our various internal and external channels.
  • With your ideas and research, you help us to create concepts and content that support our employer branding strategy.
  • You create graphic elements and edit photos and illustrations.
  • Your input is also needed in the production of videos.
  • You support us in the creation and revision of marketing materials. 
  • You write marketing texts as well as editorial articles.
  • You are responsible for your own projects - which ones you take on will depend on your interests and what you particularly enjoy.

Your profile

Are you a creative mind with an interest in marketing, communication or design - and are you enrolled at university?

  • You describe yourself as web-savvy, you are enthusiastic about technological topics and are familiar with various social media platforms.
  • You are comfortable writing texts in German and English.
  • You will have time to support us for about 6 months from around mid-February 2025.
  • You feel confident using MS Office.
  •  Ideally, you already have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video software - if not, no problem, we'll teach you! 
  • As a team player, you enjoy being around people and being inspired by the ideas, projects and stories of others.
  • You are a communicative, flexible and motivated person who works independently and takes a positive approach to challenges.

At Syskron, we have 30 days leave each year. In addition, Christmas Eve (24/12) and New Year’s Eve (31/12) are regular days off and a day’s leave is not required for either. You can also convert your bonus into even more leave days (up to three days a year).
