Your tasks

  • You support us in various activities related to the multi-project management of Krones.digital.
  • You support the analysis and creation of processes, as well as their tool-supported implementation.
  • You create and expand templates, overviews and documentation (e.g. for project reporting) and thus contribute to the transfer of know-how within the organization.
  • You take care of the coordination and follow-up of meetings.
  • You prepare, visualize and present topics and data .
  • You support the project managers in the handling of research and development projects.
  • You take on administrative tasks (e.g. configuration of projects, creation of views) in our tools.

Your profile

  • You are studying (business) informatics, engineering, business administration or are enrolled in a comparable degree program.
  • You have an affinity for digitalization and the management of IT projects and ideally already have some experience in this area.
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of project management tools (Power-BI, Jira, Confluence and plugins such as Structure or Tempo) and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new applications.
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working.
  • You have a knack for preparing and presenting complex content.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are communicative.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are confident in using Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and may have already worked with them.
